Galaxy on Fire 3: Manticore is out now on iOS devices, and it is available for free.
Developed by FISHLABS and published by Deep Silver, Galaxy on Fire 3: Manticore is a space sim in which players can take on contracts to earn money to build up their ship. Michael Krach, Head of Studio at Deep Silver FISHLABS, says in a press release “With Galaxy on Fire 3 – Manticore we place an entire universe in our players’ pockets. From day one, we present a rich game with a deep lore and a wealth of content. And we will constantly build upon this foundation in the months and years to follow. This is by far the biggest and best Galaxy on Fire game we have ever made.”
The Galaxy on Fire games have always been ambitious for mobile games. The press release also states “In terms of scope, ambition and technical excellence, it sets a new standard for mobile games, with production values on par with a AAA console title.”
Alongside the release of the game is a new trailer. It gives us a look at the combat that the game focuses on, albeit in CG rather than gameplay. You can check it out below.
