Good news for those of you eager to become a Ghost, Ubisoft has announced that Ghost Recon Wildlands will have a closed beta on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and registration is now open for everyone.
To sign up, you have to go to Ubisoft’s website. There is currently no information on when the closed beta will take place (although you can assume it will be before the game’s release on March 7th, 2017), or how Ubisoft will be selecting participants. After you have selected which platform you would like to play on, you will be notified of your submission.
The game is an open world third person shooter and is set in a near future depiction of Bolivia, with players aiming to take down a drug cartel. The game allows for up to four player co-op multiplayer, but it can also be played as a single player game.
A new trailer was released alongside the announcement of the close beta sign up. Titled the Mission Briefing Trailer, it walks you through the setting, enemies, and main objective of the game. You can check out the new trailer below.
Ghost Recon Wildlands is scheduled to release on March 7th, 2017 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
