Since the reveal of the Nintendo Switch, then known as the NX, Nintendo has been very slowly trickling out information on the interesting upcoming console. We finally have a time and a stream link for the presentation coming January 12th.

The presentation will take place at 8pm PT on a Thursday, which is a bit strange. People on the east coast will be waiting until 11pm for that precious Switch information, but at this point Nintendo could schedule for any time under the sun (or moon) and people would show up just to be the first to get the new information.
Whether we’ll get an official release date, or more games, or information on how the Switch will work is up in the air until the presentation, but anything will be better than nothing.
The new console is described as “…providing single and multiplayer thrills at home, the Nintendo Switch system also enables gamers to play the same title wherever, whenever and with whomever they choose. The mobility of a handheld is now added to the power of a home gaming system to enable unprecedented new video game play styles.”
The Switch has a projected release date for March 2017, and any information this presentation could give consumers is greatly appreciated as we get closer to the date.
