The sequel to the critically acclaimed game Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, will release on the PlayStation 4 and PC later this year.
Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom was originally announced for the PlayStation 4 and stars the deposed king Evan on a quest to reclaim his kingdom. On January 26th, Bandai Namco UK announced that the game will receive a PC release:

While Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom marks the first time the series will be officially released on the PC via Steam, gamers can stream the first game on PCs with the PlayStation Now service.
Revenant Kingdom will retain the same Studio Ghibli art style featured in the first Ni No Kuni game. Furthermore, both games feature a similar combat system where party members wander around a small arena during combat and can attack and cast spells at any time. While Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch revolves around “familiars” who can be recruited and fight on behalf the main characters, not unlike Pokemon, Ni No Kuni II’s combat uses “Higgledies,” small spirit-like creatures that augment the characters during combat instead of fighting for them.
While we know that Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom will eventually release this year, Bandia Namco has not provided a specific release date.
