We know when gamers will be able to pre-load the PC version of Mass Effect: Andromeda.
PC gamers will be able to pre-load BioWare’s upcoming RPG on EA’s Origin March 17th. If gamers pre-order Mass Effect: Andromeda, the game will appear in their library, which will display the pre-load date. Unfortunately, we still do not have the PC requirements for the upcoming title.
It was recently revealed that EA Access members will be able to play Andromeda early. When asked on Twitter if EA Access members will be able to play the upcoming RPG early, it was stated: “Yes, EA Access members get to play Mass Effect: Andromeda early for a limited time.” It was also revealed that Origin Access members will be able to play the game early as well.
Last week it was revealed that the PC version of Mass Effect: Andromeda will not be available on Steam. On Twitter, a fan asked if Andromeda will be available to purchase on Steam. Lead designer Ian S. Frazier responded: “No, sorry. PC version will be available via Origin or by disc (physical).” It was also revealed that there are no plans to release Andromeda on the Nintendo Switch or Microsoft Scorpio. While the game will be optimized for the PlayStation 4 Pro, it will not be on the Scorpio.
Mass Effect: Andromeda will release for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on March 21st.
