The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will mark the first time Crash Bandicoot will have his own video game since the 2008 Mind over Mutant (not counting his guest appearance in Skylanders: Imaginators). Game Director Dan Tanguay explains that the N. Sane Trilogy is a AAA remaster instead of a remake. Tanguay also acknowledges, “[We built] it using the original level geometry so that it plays as close to the original as possible. [We are referring] to this as a remaster plus, as we are adding new features that we think the fans are going to love!”
Furthermore, according to Audio Lead Justin Joyner, “[Vicarious Visions recreated] the original compositions to match the high-definition visuals and the updated look and feel of the game.”
Gamers can pre-order the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy for $40 on the PlayStation Store.
