The superb title is now available to enjoy in the best detail ever, thanks to the launch of the High Resolution Texture Pack for the PC.
Available on the Steam Store, the new add-on is given as a free download for those who already own the game. Bethesda describes it by saying “every location is enhanced with ultra-deluxe detail.”
The new texture pack will not be of use to many people however, the minimum system requirements are an i7-5820K processor or better and a GTX 1080 8GB graphics card. Many PC owners will therefore miss out on the increased detail provided for some of the iconic locations in the game, such as Diamond City and the Glowing Sea.
The Fallout 4 High Resolution Texture Pack is yet another piece of extra content provided by Bethesda. Being available for free may put it in a different bracket from previously released DLC, but nevertheless promises to add a new perspective to the wide ranging title. You can check out the trailer for the final full piece of DLC, Fallout 4 Nuka World here. It takes gamers into the derelict amusement park populated by gangs of dangerous Raiders, and features a very abused bottle.
