Slightly Mad Studios has announced that Project Cars 2 will be releasing later this year. Building off of the success of the previous title, this next installment in the realistic racing sim franchise will feature a new weather system that will allow for realistic driving conditions and test the skill of series veterans. The game will also add over 170 new cars and 60 tracks, as well as support VR and 4K resolutions on PC allowing for a more immersive experience than ever before.
With this announcement, Slightly Mad Studios has also released an announcement trailer for the game that shows off some of the new tracks and cars that will be featured in Project Cars 2. The trailer gives players an idea of what they can expect with the upcoming entry to the series.
The Project Cars series features the ability for players to race across a variety of tracks using a large collection of cars spanning across multiple makes and models. The game’s online features also allows them to stay connected with the Project Cars community to race against some of the skilled players around the world.
Project Cars 2 is set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC later this year.
