Two new Xbox One controllers are on the way.
Microsoft has announced two new Xbox One controller designs that are releasing next week. The Ocean Shadow is the next evolution of the Shadow controller series that was introduced last year. The controller features a matte black top case and sides that fades into a light blue metallic finish. The buttons, triggers, and D-pad all feature a glossy black finish, while the ABXY and menu buttons feature light blue highlights. The Winter Forces Special Edition is a part of the Forces series controllers. The controller features an arctic camo pattern with light and dark grey accents. Both controllers include the same features as the Xbox Wireless Controller, including textured grip, improved wireless range, and Bluetooth technology for gaming on Windows 10 devices and Samsung Gear VR.
Last week, the first wave of Xbox One features from the Creators Update were shipped to Xbox Insider Program Members. The Creators Update will include a number of features for the Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs. This includes a new look for Home, and a series of updates for Cortana. New accessibility options will be available, as well as an update to the Guide.
The Ocean Shadow Special Edition and Winter Forces Special Edition controllers will release on February 7th, and will set gamers back $69.99.
