The latest installment in Square Enix Montreal’s Go series, Laura Croft Go, launched recently. Square Enix first showed off Laura Croft Go at E3 this year, to by-and-large positive response.
If you played Hitman Go, the previous Go game, you’re likely familiar with the premise. It takes fan-favorite aspects of the Tomb Raider franchise and distills it down into a strategy game with some puzzle-solving thrown in. While it is technically a strategy game, the enemies, stages, tools, and obstacles all still feel distinctly Tomb Raider.
In other Tomb Raider news, Square Enix has announced that the special edition of Laura Croft’s upcoming console adventure, Rise Of The Tomb Raider, will come complete with a 12″ statue of Tomb Raider’s leading lady when it drops on November 10th
