Good news for us Weaboos the world over!
On Monday 23rd November, Sekai Project ( makers of the Fault:Milestone and Sakura series of visual novels.) released an English Translation of the Japanese visual novel that spawned the highly successful animé series on Steam. What was surprising however, was that after its release it jumped to 3rd on the Steam sales chart, beating out recent AAA releases Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Call of Duty Black Ops 3. As well as the not so recent PC port of GTA V.
Despite its initial success, by the next day it had slipped down the charts to a still respectable 5th and at the time of writing still sits proudly on the popular new releases tab on the Steam store front. It’s also currently on a 15% discount if you’re interested in picking it up.
I guess we’ll just have to wait for a translation of Clannad: After Story to hit No. 1. Our time will come. Maybe. Possibly.
