Halo 5: Guardians’ multiplayer is getting a loyalty program.
343 Industries, the studio behind Halo 5 have announced that, effective immediately, players will be able to earn two free Req packs every day just for hopping into the game’s Warzone and Arena multiplayer modes and winning a match in either.
343 announced this via a recent livestream, wherein they revealed that the loyalty scheme will go into effective immediately. If you thought Req packs were easy to come by before, this makes it even easier to pick up new equipment for your Spartans.
If you’re unfamiliar with Halo 5’s Requisition System, players earn points during matches based on their performance and then use those to purchase Req packs. These contain cards that can either provide permanent options for your Spartan or single match bonuses that disappear after being equipped.
In other Halo 5 news, next week will see 343 Industries release The Cartographer’s Gift. This free update introduces loads of content including the newest version of Forge mode, more Req packs for you to pick up for free, more maps, new controller mapping and even more.
